Wanted to make a big shout out to Relentless Energy drink. Not only do they keep our team fueled when were working late into the night but they are producing some super rad documentaries, they're website is fantastic and it ties to their "no half measures" brand perfectly.
Their documentary 'lives of the artists' is phenominal! It follows the lives of some remarkable people who are pushing their bodies to the limit for their inidivual passions. As the poetry reads on a relentless can, they are ready to 'suffer for their art'. The film features Gallows a british hardcore band, Xavier De Le Rue a snowboarder, and 3 couragous surfers.
Film is the richest medium for story-telling and the most dramatic way to capture and document the personalities and acts of contemporary ‘artists’ hence the project being realised on film. Thousands of miles of travel to some of the most dangerous, remote, inspiring and romantic places on the planet. In this documentary you witness the light and dark sides of the artists personalities, been enriched by the performances seen and filmed and conclude that these guys, irrespective of differences in style and domain are unique yet still manage to be the same.
