13th Star sign!

News came out recently that due to changes in the Earth’s alignment, many zodiac signs have changed! This means you may have a new zodiac sign. Additionally, a 13th zodiac sign may now exist called Ophiuchus, the snake holder.



This news caught the world in a frenzy. People wanted to know what they were supposed to do with their Pisces tattoo if they are no longer a Pisces!

But everyone can exhale. According to CNN, your zodiac sign has not changed. Most of the Western world derives their zodiac signs based on the tropical zodiac. The tropical zodiacs have not changed.

The changes that freaked everyone out this week apply to the sidereal zodiac which is followed more in the Eastern world. In fact, there have always been two zodiacs. The changes to the other zodiac probably do not affect you. In other words, if you considered yourself a cancer last week, you’re still a cancer now.

The tropical zodiac is fixed to the equinoxes. These do not change based on Earth’s position relative to constellations. Worry not! Your zodiac sign is the same!
